Return & exchange policy

 

​1. ELIGIBILITY & PRODUCT STATUS:


* the return & exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

* Products purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

* The items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

* ​The product must have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.

* As we sell handcrafted products, these characteristics are signs of authenticity.

* To qualify for a return request, a whole unboxing video without cuts is required.

* Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once.

* Exchanges are permitted for both design and size, subject to availability.

* The entire return or exchange process typically takes 12 to 15 days.

* Any additional information regarding your process will be sent to you via email.

* Please note that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up or delivery delays.


2.RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUEST TIMELINE & CHARGES:


(IN CASE OF RETURN )

* Return request must be raised within 48 HOURS receiving the product.

* Return charges of  ₹150 are payble by the customer. 

* Pick-up will be arranged in 3-5 days after approval.


(IN CASE OF EXCHANGE)

* Exchange must be raised within  72 HOURS of receiving the product.

* No charges for exchange.

* Pick-up will be arranged in 3-5 days after approval.


3. REFUNDS:


* ​We do not offer cashback. Refunds are only made to the given bank account.

* ​Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. Payment return will be initiated within 5 to 6 working days after this check.

* ​The final crediting of refunds will take 5 to 6 working days.

* In case, the exchanged product is higher in value, differential amount has to be pre-paid(COD not available). We do not accept partial COD orders.

* In case, exchanged product is lower in value, differential amount shall be transferred to your given bank account.


​4. EXCEPTIONS & LOGISTICS:

 

* In case of exceptional situations, please write to us at ethizaappareal15@gmail.com.

* ​You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment.

* In the case that pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product, and the shipping charges for self-shipment must be borne by you.


​5. FINAL AUTHORITY:


* The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

* Please note that we are selling only through our website and Instagram DMs.
